Team Member Permission Fixes

Several fixes to how team member roles are enforced across the dashboard:

• Editors no longer see Settings or Members in the project sidebar — those links are now hidden entirely for editor-role members
• Admin team members can no longer demote themselves to Editor via the Members page
• Team member access is revoked automatically when the project owner downgrades from the Team plan
